If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund without any hesitation. We will accept your return happily within 30 days from the date of purchase of outerwear (Shirts, Jackets, Pants, and Sweaters) provided the products are in the same condition you received. However, all underwear purchases are final and not refundable by law. The return shipping is altogether free and we will provide you with a pre-paid UPS OR USPS domestic label for the purpose of returning your purchase.     Return Steps:

  • Step 1. There is a Return Label in Your Original Packaging/Box. Post that Return Label on box & drop off at any UPS Location.
  • Step 2. Forward your order email to support@aflavor.com with “returned all” or “returned black jacket” etc in the body of the email.
  • Step 3. Once we receive the Item(s) in our Warehouse we will issue you a refund.

A: It is also absolutely safe. Remember, once you decide to pay by using your debit card, the same amount will be put on ‘hold,’ and will not be available to you until your transaction is processed. On completion of the transaction, your ‘hold’ will be cancelled.

A: You should receive your order within 5 - 7 business days for the standard shipping. It takes some additional time for shipments to APO/FPO addresses.

Q: How can I expedite my shipping?
A: We offer different shipping options on the checkout page. All shipping is done through UPS. By default with ship all orders by UPS ground UPS Ground: $5.00

However, the expedited shipping is not available for Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. Territories, PO Boxes, or APO/FPO addresses. For shipments to APO/FPO additional time is sought.

Q: What forms of payments are acceptable to you?
A: Presently, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express

Q: Can I order the purchases through Cashier’s Checks or Money Orders?
A: No, currently we do not accept Cashier’s Checks or Money Orders.

Q: Do you ship orders to outside the United States also?
A: Yes, with some restrictions. There are some restrictions on Orders placed through Aflavor.com can be shipped to Canada. The rest of international locations are not served at present.

Q: Do you ship orders to the addresses at PO Boxes or Military APO/FPO?
A: Of course! We do ship to both of these addresses at the PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO but we need some additional time to deliver at these addresses.

Q: What are your charges for standard shipping of an order?
A: The shipping charges to all destinations within United States and its territories and to APO or FPO addresses are free of cost. Shipping Charges only apply on the shipments to Canada (For more details, visit Aflavor.com ).

Q: What do you charge for the shipment of returning an order?
A: There are no shipping charges for the orders initially shipped to a destination within the United States and its territories, or to an APO or FPO address. However, the return shipment charges apply to the orders returned from Canada (For details, please visit: Aflavor.com )

Q: What is the problem when I get a message stating that there has been authorization failure, while placing an order?
A: Please recheck the credit card number and the validity on your card. Also, do not forget that currently, we accept only Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover for the credit card payment.

Q: Do you cater to the back orders?
A: No, the Aflavor.com does not cater to the back orders. Items on our Store are made on a seasonal basis, In case an item is not available currently, we will inform you about that and will ask if you need a replacement item. So, the out of stock orders will be cancelled if you do not order for a replacement item.

Q: Do you provide a catalog?
A: We have a ‘virtual’ catalog, which is displayed online with entire product range of our brand. However, we do not provide a physical catalog.
