Q: How to know the status of my order?
A: Once you have placed your order, you can view it anytime by clicking on the “Order Status” link in your order email.
The order status link will look like:

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: You will receive your order within 4 – 5 days normally for a standard shipment. We need some additional time for shipments to APO/FPO addresses.
Q: How can my shipping be expedited?
A: We offer different shipping options on the checkout page. All shipping is done through UPS. By default with ship all orders by UPS ground

However, the expedited shipping is not available for Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. Territories, PO Boxes, or APO/FPO addresses. For shipments to APO/FPO additional time is sought.
Q: Can an order be shipped outside the United States also?
A: Yes, with some restrictions. Also International Shipping Charges will apply. We ship the orders to Canada as well (For details, visit: Aflavor.com).
Q: Can you ship to the PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses?
A: Of course! We do ship to the PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses. Somehow, we need some additional time for orders shipped to these addresses
Q: What are your charges for shipping the orders?
A: The orders shipped to a destination within the United States, its territories, or to APO/FPO addresses are $5.00 of shipment charges. However, shipping to Canada is can be additional (For details, visit: Aflavor.com).
Q: What do you charge for returning orders?
A: For the orders originally shipped within the United States, its territories or APO/FPO, no return charges are applicable. However, the return charges apply to the orders returned from outside USA (For detail, visit: Aflavor.com). |
